Summery
Expeditions Northwest (ENW) has created policies that strive to be fair to all parties. With enough notice, a trip can be canceled and a full refund can be received minus a small administrative fee and any logistical fees endured making client reservations. As the course start date draws near ENW has committed to the trip, and thus course fees go to compensate that time. In some circumstances a raincheck may be offered. If this is declined. The rest of the cancellation policy is as follows:Summery
DOWN AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE Your registration must include a 25% deposit of the fees for your program. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the fees for your program is due 60 days prior to your program start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 60 days of the program start date. If you cancel your participation in the program after 60 days of the program start date you remain responsible for 100% of the stated fees to ENW. We often will work with you to try to reschedule, but will be decided by ENW on a situational basis.Your refusal to sign the ENW Release Agreement or agree to the Terms and Conditions you will not be entitled to any refunds. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and be received by ENW at least 60 days before the program begins and reimbursement of 75% of the balance will be arranged by ENW in a timely manor.
CANCELATION for ENW PROGRAMS:
25% of the Total Trip cost = non refundable
More than 60 days prior = 75% refund;
Less than 60 days = No Refund
